Unless you have an original sales receipt for the card or unless the Card is registered, the Card value will not be replaced if Card is lost, stolen or damaged. Replacement value will be the value of Card at the time you report loss, theft or unauthorized use. Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
